THE PULSE OF NOW

WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM ABOUT?

It is a fun, interactive program based on rhythm, aimed at exploring mindfulness through; pulse, breathing, thoughts, focus, and the power of presence.

This program provides participants (students and / or teachers) with tools to reduce stress that can be applied in their daily lives to increase the feeling of calm and relaxation.

  • Up to 100 participants

  • Sessions from 1 to 2 hs.
