
WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM ABOUT?
BPL is an Integrative Approach to wellbeing that incorporates breathing practices, rhythmic games, progressive muscle relaxation, guided meditation, mindfulness and group support, all presented from the sound-rhythmic (music), making it very simple to incorporate ( participate) for those who live the experience.
BPL is designed for its participants to experience and be guided by different paths that bring them closer to the decision to seek and move towards personal well-being and thus for their social (work) environment.
Understanding how the individual well-being (Personal) and the good working climate (Social) are related, we are focusing our program towards these two aspects that share the same flow; Be well and Cooperate towards healthy environments.
The duration of the program (BPL) is subject to the needs of each particular situation and is defined in conjunction with the client in previous diagnostic and planning meetings.
Up to 200 participants
Sessions from 4 to 8 hs.

Participation in these programs has been shown to reduce anxiety and stress, increase feelings of well-being, increase empathy, raise feelings of belonging, strengthen communities and work teams.
FORMAT
BPL is developed in a group format, where facilitators trained in this program guide participants through a variety of healthy experiences, including mindfulness practices, active meditation (MA), rhythmic breathing (RR), muscle relaxation. progressive, shared group support and guided musical improvisation.
